Leadership Check-In
Are you clear on what's really driving the pressure in your leadership role right now?
A short, 5-minute reflection to help you understand where you are, what's working well, and what to focus on next.

Leadership can feel challenging, even when things look like they’re going well on the outside.
You might be:
- Feeling stretched across too many priorities
- Unsure where to focus your time and energy
- Navigating increasing expectations and responsibilities
- Second-guessing decisions or how you're showing up as a leader
- Struggling to find space to think, not just react
- Feeling like you're constantly responding rather than leading proactively
And often, it's not obvious what's actually causing the pressure.
It can feel like everything at once.
What's creating the pressure may not be where you think it is.
What this will help you see
The Leadership Check-In is designed to help you step back and quickly identify:
- Where things are working well
- Where you may be feeling stuck, stretched or overwhelmed
- What is most likely contributing to the pressure you're experiencing
- Where to focus your attention first
It isn't a test.
It's a structured reflection designed to help you gain clarity and identify where to focus first.
The framework behind the Check-In
The Leadership Check-In is built around The Leadership Development Framework, a framework I developed through my own leadership experience and through working with leaders in coaching and leadership development settings.
Over time, I noticed that many leadership challenges — while different on the surface — often connect back to a small number of core areas.
Whether a leader is struggling with confidence, overwhelm, team dynamics, communication, influence or organisational change, the underlying challenge often sits within one or more of these areas.
The framework provides a practical way of stepping back, making sense of what is happening, and identifying where to focus first.
Identity
How you see yourself as a leader, how you lead yourself, and how you navigate the expectations and responsibilities of the role.
Capacity
Your ability to manage priorities, workload, focus and energy in a sustainable way.
Systems
The structures, processes and ways of working that support effective leadership and decision-making.
People
How you communicate, build relationships, influence others and lead your team.
Sustainability
How you maintain your effectiveness, impact and growth over the longer term.
These areas are interconnected rather than sequential — change in one area usually affects the others.
What you’ll receive
In less than five minutes, you'll receive:
- A snapshot of where you are right now
- Insight into the areas creating the greatest pressure or friction
- A clearer understanding of what may need attention
- A practical starting point for where to focus next
